By Car: From Thessaloniki Airport, take the E92 road towards the city center. After about 8 km, merge onto the Egnatia Odos (A2) highway. Continue for approximately 45 km, then take the exit for Olympic Beach. Follow the signs to Athinas 10. The journey takes around 45 minutes.

By Taxi: Taxis are available at the airport and take approximately 45 minutes to reach House No. 10 (Athinas 10, 60100 Olympic Beach). The cost is around ca. €60-€70.

By Bus: You can take a bus from Thessaloniki Airport to the KTEL station in the city. From there, take a bus to Olympic Beach. The total journey will take about 1.5 to 2 hours.

By Train: Alternatively, take a bus or taxi to Thessaloniki’s main train station, then board a train towards Katerini. From there, you can take a local bus or taxi to Olympic Beach.

We recommend renting a car, as public transportation options are limited. Please note that we do not have private parking, but free parking is available in the neighborhood and surrounding areas. We advise booking your vehicle early, especially during the summer season (July and August), as availability can be extremely limited.

Check-in is from 2:00 pm & check out by 11:00 am. Late check-out or early check-in is possible for an additional fee, pending availability. Please email us to enquire about your arrival and departure times.

We can absolutely hold onto your luggage before your check-in or after check-out. We need to know in advance if you will be staying at the house after check-out (if you have a later flight) as this might incur an additional charge if you need your room.

We are here for you, most of the time. You can find us by the house from 8:30 am to 2:00 pm every day. If you need to contact us after this time, feel free to reach us on WhatsApp +30 698 1980 396. For any extra services, please make sure to inform us by noon.

Please note that we do not have private parking. You will find parking spots on the side street near the house or on parking areas for free.

House No. 10 is just a few steps away from the nearest supermarket, making it incredibly convenient for daily needs.

Olympic Beach is a charming coastal area offering a variety of small shops, boutiques, and tourist stores. You’ll find plenty of cafés and tavernas serving delicious local dishes, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The area is vibrant yet peaceful, ideal for a leisurely stay by the sea.

House No. 10 is just a 2-minute walk from the beach. Simply head right or left from the house, and you'll quickly reach the sea.

You will need to make a payment at the time of booking. Our availability is limited, and we operate on a first-come, first-serve basis. All bookings are non-refundable.

House No. 10 is proud to be a family-friendly place to stay. We are happy to provide kids' cutlery. We trust our mamas and papas out there to be as mindful of other guests as possible, but we understand that being a parent can sometimes be overwhelming.

Normally, in order to respect our guests’ privacy, we do not allow any external guests to the property. However, please feel free to ask us well in advance as every case is specific and different!
